Getting started can often be the hardest step, so we make it simple. Fill out the contact form, email us, or call/text. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days to set up a 10 minute consultation call where I am happy to answer any questions and discuss treatment options.
From there, we will schedule our first appointment. Your first appointment focuses on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, treatment goals, and begin developing a plan that feels individualized and collaborative.
You'll also have plenty of time to ask questions and determine whether we're a good fit.

Often times, treatment for OCD and anxiety is best done virtually as we can work on building empowerment and reducing engagement in anxiety-related behaviors in the spaces that are most important to you.

We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly.
Choosing private pay allows us to provide individualized treatment without insurance restrictions, so we can tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than insurance requirements.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.
Under the No Surprises Act, every client will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected healthcare costs before beginning services.
